3rd Verify via Google webmasters you own the domain

It will take at least 48 hours for Domain Name Server (DNS) records to update

Well, first you need to get a template builder. Google Sites makes it easy.

The hard parts in my opinion is buying the domain and getting the proper Domain Name Server entries correct to prove you own the domain.
