Review the past goals and see where I am in achieving the goals. This is a form of reflection that can be done in a form of a journal.
29) Take care of yourself first before taking care of others
Rest is important so it gives our body time to heal and be ready the next day
30) Take Control and Time management with FIRE FIGHTER MIND SET : combing skills
Taking Control takes real focus and following a schedule helps with time management. But schedules change due to the needs of the day. So, we must learn to have a FIRE FIGHTER MIND SET and adjust and adapt to the needs of the day and be flexible

9) slowly learn spanish
10) work on communication
11) block distractions and rest so I am more focused with a rested mind
My wife who has a degree in Spanish will take on students willing to learn conversationally spanish. She will begin the training soon. The goal here is to learn enough spanish to pitch to door knocks at work.
My communication skills need more improvement. More concise clear wording and knowing who my audience is. Working especially on voice, tonality, projecting and confidence in my communication. What will help in projecting my communication is using my singing ability to project my voice over the loud surrounding areas of the neightborhood
Stacking 1 goal with rest and focused mind. Without a rested mind, your mind will wander and cannot accomplish task and goals. With a a focus mind, you can have strong mental ability to learn know skills and be better than the day before.
